Resident of San Marcos since 1968; Texas State Alum; My father is a professor, retired from Texas State University, my mother is a retired public school teacher; I’ve raised three children in this community and feel proud to have made this my permanent home. 

I’ve been active in the Real Estate industry in Austin and San Marcos since 1982 and have grown up as the two cities have grown.  My business involvement has been with San Marcos Area Board of Realtors, Austin Board of Realtors, Real Estate Council of Austin, Texas Land Title Association, The Texas Historic Preservation Association, Heritage Association of San Marcos, as well as serving on committees in each of these groups.  My Real Estate experience includes 14 years in the Title Insurance industry; 10 years in escrow, 4 years in marketing; 5 years as a Licensed Texas Realtor; 21 years in Residential Interior Design and 5 years in Commercial Interior Design.  I spent 11 years buying and renovating Historic homes, including full furnishings and décor to be sold with the home, and still do consulting on Historic Home renovations and staging.

I accept a limited number of residential listings so I can dedicate time to you and your home for the best possible opportunity to get your home sold.  I organize Open House Breakfasts and Luncheons for Realtors, as well as weekend events for the public since 2004 to highlight the available properties. 

I would be happy to represent you and your home to the local community and throughout the country through Century 21 National Marketing campaigns, Realtor.com, Houses.com, Austinhomesearch.com, and direct marketing to the business and medical communities.
